Hearing from patients and families helps the Commissioner promote patients’ voices with the relevant healthcare organisations, such as the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and NHS England. In turn, this helps those bodies understand what might need to be done to make things better for patients.
Someone from the Commissioner’s small team will read your message and try to reply within 20 working days. We are committed to responding with empathy and compassion.
Please remember that the Commissioner cannot get involved in individual cases, complaints, or safety issues that are not about medicines and medical devices.
